Dr. Horton's fourth and final volume in his covenant systematic theology series, People and Place: A Covenant Ecclesiology, has won the 2009 Christianity Today Book Award in the category of Theology/Ethics. According tot the judges People and Place is "A first-rate work that engages recent world-class voices across the confessional spectrum. Horton offers acute interpretations of his dialogue partners and fashions his own well-argued theses into a contructive, orthodox, biblical, Reformed ecclesiology."
