How many of you skim the first chapter of Matthew?  (It's all right, we did it too.)  This month, we talk to Rev. Zach Keele of Escondido Orthodox Presbyterian Church about the genealogies listed in Scripture--their purpose, their scope, and the fidelity of God's promise.

    Dear White Horse Inn,
Thanks for posting this. I've come to have a wonderful appreciation for the genealogies after hearing Christian recording artist, Andrew Peterson, put Matthew Chapter 1 to SONG (yes!) several years ago. This song has actually contributed to us being able to mostly memorize this chapter. Like Rev. Keele says, it's so good to know this for the reinforcement of God's faithfulness to His people. Enjoy the song!
