Interesting interview and title! You have many academic points but I would like to address the scriptures regarding John 6 and #1373-1376 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
John 6:1-15 begins with the feeding of the 5,000, a miracle with 5 loaves of bread and two fish. This substantiates the remaining verses of chapter 6 that God will be in the miracle of the last Passover (our Eucharist): verse 32-My Father gives you true bread from heaven; verse 35, 48, 51-I am the Bread of Life; verse 53-…unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood you have no life in you. Repeated in verses 54, 55, 56, 57. This teaching of Jesus is concrete not ambiguous. Jesus asks in verse 61- Does this offend you?
Today, right now, the Church teaches exactly what Jesus taught and this can be found in detail in the Catechism #1373-1376. Supported by statements from Cyril, Augustine, Aquinas, Ambrose, Chrysostom etc. as well as other scripture references. Read from the source:

Please, learn what Rome teaches from a Catholic apologist. Your statement is as accurate as asking a Democrat to describe a Republican or vice versa. Jesus prays for us in John 17 that we would strive for unity “so that the world would KNOW that God sent Jesus”. I so want to have these discussions honestly so we can fulfill the prayer of our precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
