That is too funny. I was in a Passion Play for a school I was a part of in college. There were a lot of scenes in those performances that made me laugh. This video takes me back.

Oy, I felt really sorry for that guy. Wow… Did this kind of thing never get figured out in practice sessions? Who doesn’t realize that when you raise something on a single rope it will very easily rotate to release as much torque on the rope as possible?
Someone didn’t do their research. Or else they ought to have just pinned Jesus’ hospital gown closed over the harness!
