WHI-998 | The Origin of Scripture
Why is the Old Testament arranged the way it is, and how do the various books relate to each other? Is it likely that these documents were edited and amended over time? On this edition of the White Horse Inn the hosts examine the covenant origins of the Old Testament scriptures.

Hi,
I’m an avid listener of you podcasts. They have helped me greatly in understanding who I am in Christ more than any other Christian material I’ve ever come across with. I have a question that has been bothering me for quite some time now. It is regarding these passages
1 Chronicles 21:1
And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.
and
2 Samuel 24 :1
And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah.
Is this an error/inconsistency? I would really appreciate your insight on this.
