<description>Praise the Lord for this, and very timely since my church is on the verge of finding a new pastor and feeling like this is the "opportunity" to head in a new direction, which means to become evangelistic and reach out to our local demographics. Ultimately they will on one hand sound doctrinal and talk a good game about being "Christ Centered" and "biblical" in their approach, but that is just all set aside and anything that will bring in people outside the church is what is the "pragmatic" solution to evangelism. Ultimately it is not Gospel centered and not really Christ centered. I need your prayers and encouragement before this tide turns.
Grace and Peace,
